The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership aims to develop leaders with practical knowledge in instructional and ethical leadership principles, with a specialized focus on urban education. Students will gain a deep understanding of instructional leadership, ethical decision-making, and urban education principles preparing them to lead in diverse education settings. Graduates become authentic and skilled educational leaders, ready to support the evolving needs of K-12 education and drive student achievement.

We offer flexible scheduling options, such as face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses; all designed to provide working professionals with a variety of scheduling options to attain their degree.

The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership is a 30-hour program.
